I am now enabled to submit for the information of the Duke of Newcastle the approximate Estimates for such Building Materials, Machinery, and Extensils, as it will be necessary to forward from England for the Mint of Hong Kong.

These Estimates have been carefully prepared by myself, and examined by M. Graham and are based on the current prices of the day, which may slightly vary as the market value of Iron rises or falls.
